and trends associated with beauty, nutrition, exercise and medicine: recipes for light meals, tips on how to quickly put the
feel-good factor back in your life, mini-workouts for home and on the move, podcasts and video clips. The topics are designed
to motivate users to adopt a healthy lifestyle, and to stimulate that motivation every day anew: with blogs and newsletters,
opportunities to make comments and a personal health ticker.
